Love That Wraps Around You
This poem, Touched My Heart, captures those gentle moments when love feels quiet, safe, and warm. It’s about being wrapped in someone’s arms and realizing that nothing else matters — not the noise of the world, not the chaos of the day — just this moment, and this person.
When I wrote it, I wanted to reflect the kind of love that doesn’t need grand gestures. Sometimes, love is found in the warmth of a snuggle, in the way someone touches your skin, or how your heart races when you’re close. This is about the kind of connection that feels like home.
Touched My Heart
The love we share has touched my heart.
As I lie in your loving arms,
The whole world around me stands still.
There is magic in these moments.
When my body is drawn closer,
The love we share touches my heart.
Your fingers glide across my skin
Leaving a warm heat in its wake.
Snuggling closer against your chest
My heart races hearing yours' beat.
The love we share has touched my heart
Binding us with the special bond we share.
Each moment in your caring arms,
Makes me feel happiness and love.
Nothing compares to the comfort in your arms.
The love we share has touched my heart.

Reflection of My Touched My Heart Poem
In a world that moves too fast, moments like these remind us to slow down.
Love is not always fireworks and loud declarations — sometimes, it’s the stillness in an embrace, the quiet beating of two hearts in sync, or the touch that says “you’re safe with me.”
Whether you’ve experienced this kind of love, or you’re longing for it, this poem invites you to remember that love is meant to bring comfort, not confusion.
We all deserve a love that touches our heart — not just once, but again and again.
