If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Lulu may provide a replacement copy at their discretion, based on photo evidence, if reported within 30 days of shipment. Haven't received your book? Since Lulu handles all printing and shipping, they're also the best resource for order tracking and delayed or missing packages. Since printing and shipping are handled entirely by Lulu, we are not part of that process and cannot issue refunds, replacements, or shipping updates ourselves for physical books.
