This Print Product Terms & Conditions policy (“Policy”) governs the sale and fulfillment of physical products such as printed books offered by Surviving Life Lessons, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") through our website www.survivinglifelessons.com (“Site”). By purchasing a print product through our Site, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
Fulfillment Partner
All print products are fulfilled by Lulu Press, Inc. ("Lulu"), a third-party print-on-demand provider. Upon purchase, your order details are securely transmitted to Lulu for production and delivery.
Lulu is responsible for:

Delivery tracking and logistics

Handling printing or shipping errors (e.g., misprints, damage during shipment)
Surviving Life Lessons, LLC is not responsible for:

Delays in printing or shipping caused by Lulu or its partners

Our Responsibilities
We are responsible for:

Refunds and Returns
Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our physical products:

Refunds or replacements are issued only for defective, damaged, or incorrect orders.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo evidence of the issue.
We will liaise with Lulu to determine eligibility for a reprint or refund. In some cases, you may be required to return the item.
Shipping Information
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or volume. You will receive tracking information when your order ships. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Customer Data Sharing with Lulu
