WELCOME

Welcome to the Grief Support Group! 💜 Whether your loss was recent or long ago, your words have the power to help someone else. A memory or a moment of comfort could help another member carry their grief. Start by introducing yourself: share who or what you are grieving, if you would like. Please read the group rules, and remember we support each other as peers, not professionals. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (U.S.). You are not alone here.

A grief support group for anyone mourning the loss of a loved one, a pet, a relationship, or a way of life. Grief has no timeline. Share your story, honor your memories, and find comfort from others who understand. Peer support only; this group does not replace professional care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (U.S.).
