Still gaining momentum and added another set of ten.
Still managing to do the leg lifts at least five days out of seven. I am here to report that as small as that change has been, I am noticing a positive difference in my thigh strength!!
So I was embarrassed at my tiny exercises, but a little is proving to be better than none.
I want to encourage everyone to try a little positive something rather than zero of nothing.
Morning or evening leg lifts. Just three sets of ten while laying on the bed. Something is much better than nothing!
Love it. I wish I could do that.
