Digital Products & Return Policy

This policy applies to all digital products sold on www.survivinglifelessons.com, including eBooks, printables, and other downloadable content ("Digital Products").
Delivery of Digital Products

Upon successful payment, customers receive an instant download link via email and on the Thank You page.

For manual payments, the link is only sent after the payment is marked complete.

Download links remain available for 30 days from the date of purchase or until 5 downloads occur—whichever comes first.
Non-Returnability of Digital Products

Due to the intangible nature of Digital Products, all sales are final once the download link is provided.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you forfeit the right to cancel or return the product after download access is granted.
Exception—Defective or Corrupted Files

If the file is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at survivinglifelessons@gmail.com.

We will promptly provide a corrected version or a full refund at our discretion.
Refund Requests—Limited Circumstances
